Ahead of Wednesday evening's match with Millwall, Shane Long is the Cherries' only injury concern and is currently having his availability assessed.

The Republic of Ireland international has missed the last two Bournemouth fixtures games with an adductor injury and is continuing to work with the Cherries' medical team, according to head coach Jonathan Woodgate.

The side's Championship fixture at the Den starts at 6pm on Wednesday night, with supporters able to watch the full fixture with afcbTV Live.

Woodgate said: "We'll have a decision to make on Longy in the next 48 hours or so, he's been working with the physios so we'll have some dialogue with Southampton and we'll see if he's improving and which road to go down.

"Everyone else is in good spirits, except for Lewis Cook."

Woodgate's side hunt for a seventh straight Championship win having claimed a sixth away at league leaders Norwich City on Saturday.

However, the head coach knows that Gary Rowett's side pose a difficult and different test for his side in their chase to secure a play-off place.

"Its a different ball game altogether," he said. "Norwich are a very good team, will probably go up as champions and deservedly so.

"It's a different kind of match against this Millwall team and we have to prepare for them, a team that plays in a totally different way.

"As long as the mentality's right and we put onto them how we want to play, it's up to them to try and solve their puzzle of us. We're a good team, but we know we're up with a massive task to go there and win the game.

"They've drawn a lot of games this season, they're a difficult team to play against, a difficult team to beat.

"They're a well organised outfit and we're under no uncertain terms about what we're coming up against. If we can implement our game plan onto them we'll hopefully play as well as we can to try and beat them."
