AFC Bournemouth manager confirms that he will continue to make changes to his team for the Carabao Cup tie with Brighton & Hove Albion.

The manager admits he wasn’t tempted to keep the same team that beat the Seagulls on Friday and will continue his cup policy.

He said: “We’ll have to wait and see on Steve Cook. He picked up an injury against Arsenal in the game and I didn’t know that at the time.

“We don’t think it’s serious but we’ll have to assess it.

“Obviously Callum will be out but Junior is closer. He’s only trained with us in a small window but from what we’ve seen he’s been very good.

“He has looked after himself and looks fit so let’s wait and see.

“I have to manage the squad effectively. We will open the door to give an opportunity to several players. But I have no doubt of the quality we’re bringing in, I’m excited to see them play together.”
