Surridge makes Stoke move

Sam Surridge has completed a permanent transfer from AFC Bournemouth to Stoke City.

The striker initially joined the Cherries as a nine-year old and progressed through the academy, making his debut against Arsenal in the Premier League in 2019.

Surridge enjoyed loan spells with Weymouth, Poole Town, Yeovil Town, Oldham Athletic, and Swansea City, before establishing himself in the first team set-up.

In total, the 23-year-old made 42 appearances for the Cherries, scoring seven times.

The club would like to thank Sam for all his efforts and wish him well for the future.
