Adam Smith has triggered a clause in his contract to extend his time at Vitality Stadium until the end of 2025.
The legendary full-back recently made his 350th appearance for the club, reaching the landmark in the win over Newcastle United.
Smith initially joined the club on a loan deal in September 2010 before re-joining the Cherries on a permanent basis in January 2014.
Throughout his long-lasting relationship with the club, Smith has won two promotions to the Premier League, one of only two players to achieve the feat.
With 185 appearances in the Premier League for the club, he’s made the most of any current serving player.
