Jonathan Moss will be the man in the middle as the Cherries travel to Vicarage Road on Saturday.
It will be sixth versus seventh this weekend, with both AFC Bournemouth and Watford having won four, drawn one and lost two.
And Moss will be at the heart of it.
This season, the official has handed out 15 yellow cards, two red cards and awarded two penalties in his five top flight games.
He also took charge of August’s Community Shield between Chelsea and Manchester City, with the latter running out 2-0 winners.
On Saturday, Moss will be assisted by Eddie Smart and Marc Perry, with Simon Hooper the fourth official.
