Chris Mepham played 90 minutes for Wales as they drew 0-0 with Estonia in their final World Cup qualifier of the current international break.

The 23-cap Cherries defender started the match at the Cardiff City Stadium on what turned out to be a frustrating evening for the Dragons in front of goal.

Mattias Kait hit the crossbar for the underdog visitors in the first half, while Gareth Bale and Tyler Robert both had shots well saved after the break - Bale later also hitting the post as the game ended scoreless.

The result leaves Wales seven points behind group leaders Belgium, with the play-offs now looking the most realistic route for qualification for Robert Page's side.
