The Cherries are back in action this Saturday with a trip to Craven Cottage. It will be the first meeting between the two teams since March 2015, with Eddie Howe’s side promoted to the Premier League just a month later.
Bournemouth fans will have fond memories of that day, as the south coast outfit ran out 5-1 winners thanks to braces from Brett Pitman and Matt Ritchie, as well as a remarkable goal from Steve Cook who lashed an angled shot into the top corner.
This season, Fulham are finding life back in the top flight rather tough, having picked up just one win in total. They currently lie 18th in the table, with five points and have conceded nine goals in their last two fixtures.
Slavisa Jokanovic will be looking to get back to winning ways this weekend, as the Cherries are next up at Craven Cottage.

Fulham travelled to south Wales in search of three points but were faced with a determined Cardiff City side.
The Cottagers took the lead just 11 minutes in through Andre Schurrle, but were penned back just four minutes later. Another goal for both sides saw the score stand at 2-2 going into the break, but it was Cardiff who got an all-important third through Callum Paterson.
Kadeem Harris then rubbed salt into the south London wounds three minutes from time to secure the Bluebirds’ first top flight win of the season and send Fulham home empty handed.

Fulham could be without Arsenal loanee Callum Chambers, who was taken off at half time against Cardiff with a knock. Additionally, Timothy Fosu-Mensah has dislocated his shoulder and didn’t make the squad for the trip to south Wales.
The Cottagers were also without Joe Bryan and Tom Cairney, who have a hamstring and ankle injury respectively, both of whom could be out of this weekend’s game too.
The manager
Slavisa Jokanovic certainly enjoyed a successful playing career, turning out for the likes of Deportivo and Chelsea, as well as making over 60 caps for Yugoslavia.
Now managing, the 50-year-old had a short stint at Watford between 2014 and 2015, but has settled well at Fulham since taking the reigns three years ago.
He helped the side avoid relegation by 11 points in his first six months in charge, before achieving a top six finish in the Championship the year after. Promotion inevitably came calling and Jokanovic led Fulham to a play-off final win in May, beating Aston Villa 1-0.
