Premier League-bound AFC Bournemouth rounded off a season to remember by registering a 1-0 win over Championship rivals Millwall on Saturday.
Kieffer Moore came off the bench to score his fourth goal in as many games to earn the Cherries victory on the final day at Vitality Stadium.
Moore, whose late goal against Nottingham Forest in midweek sealed promotion to the Premier League, netted the winner nine minutes from time.
It ensured Scott Parker’s team would finish six points clear in the second automatic promotion place, two points behind champions Fulham.
