After double training sessions throughout the course of the two previous days, rest, recovery and team bonding were all on the agenda for day three of AFC Bournemouth’s pre-season training camp.

The afternoon’s activities involved a trip to the local beach for what turned out to be a very competitive team kayaking event.

Our club photographer was there to capture all the action and sent back these exclusive images.
