AFC Bournemouth AFC Bournemouth

AFC Bournemouth had a number of loan players in action over the weekend, with a number of them enjoying mixed success.

Here's how our loanees got on of the weekend beginning Saturday 25th November.

MAX GRADEL

Winger Gradel had a negative evening as Toulouse were beaten 3-1 away to Dijon in Ligue 1.

The Ivorian had the chance to put the visitors ahead from the penalty spot after just five minutes.

But his low effort was well saved by Baptiste Reynet, and Gradel completed the full 90 minutes.

LEWIS GRABBAN

Grabban played 90 minutes but couldn't continue his prolific streak as Sunderland beat Burton Albion 2-0 away from home.

Before the game, the striker had scored seven in his last six games for the Black Cats, and almost extended his fine form but for a wonderful save from Stephen Bywater.

Sunderland won for the first time since August and moved off the bottom of the Championship table with victory.

SAM MATTHEWS

Matthews netted a goal as Eastleigh were involved in an eventful draw with Halifax Town.

The 3-3 draw was an astonishing match that saw both teams go down to 10 men after having their goalkeepers dismissed.

The midfielder scored directly from a corner in the 16th minute as the Spitfires conceded a 3-1 advantage late on to draw.

SAM SURRIDGE

Surridge played 75 minutes as Yeovil Town were beaten 2-1 by Wycombe Wanderers.

He played a key part in the goal too, as the striker raced through on goal, taking the ball around the 'keeper. A fantastic piece of defending thwarted the frontman but the rebound fell to former Cherry Jordan Green to cross for Francois Zoko to tap in.

MATT WORTHINGTON

Alongside Surridge, Worthington completed 90 minutes for Yeovil against Wycombe.

RYAN ALLSOP

Allsop completed 90 minutes in the Fylde coast derby and in gusty winds, kept a clean sheet against Fleetwood Town.

Chances were few and far between in the game, which Baily Cargill was an unused sub for.

MARK TRAVERS

There was another clean sheet for one of our loanee goalkeepers as Travers kept a shutout as Weymouth were 2-0 winners over Biggleswade Town.

Former Cherry Josh Carmichael scored in the game which saw Travers make a number of impressive saves to hand Mark Molesley's men the three points.

OLLIE HARFIELD

Harfield completed 90 minutes as Poole Town were eliminated from the FA Vase with a 3-1 defeat to St. Albans.

MIHAI DOBRE

Winger Dobre was substituted in the 90th minute as Bury drew 0-0 with Northampton Town in League One.
