Three Lions make the semi-finals for the first time since 1993 after edging past Mexico 1-0 in South Korea.

Lewis Cook again captained his nation and provided the crucial assist, feeding a delicious second-half ball through for Domonic Solanke to fire home.

Josh Onomah was given a controversial second yellow card in the 72nd minute as England under-20s had to battle out the final minutes of their one-goal win in Cheonan.

With Italy winning their quarter-final with Zambia 3-2 after extra time earlier in the day, England now know they will play the Azzurri in the last four.

The match will take place in Jeonju at 12pm (GMT) on Thursday 8th June.
