Jefferson Lerma played the full 90 minutes for Colombia, as they maintained their 100 percent record in the Copa America with 1-0 victory over Paraguay in Salvador on Sunday evening.
Gustavo Cuellar netted the game’s decisive goal in the 31st minute and ensured Colombia topped Group B with three wins from three.
Lerma’s appearance was his 13th for Colombia, who now head into the quarter-finals of the competition where they will face either Chile, Uruguay or Japan.
The knockout game will take place in Sao Paulo on Friday evening.
