King reaches 100 Premier League apps

Joshua King has been recognised by Premier League sponsor Cadburys for reaching 100 top flight appearances.

The Norwegian was presented with his special medal in line with the company's new relationship with the Premier League.

King arrived on the south coast in 2015, upon the Cherries' promotion to English football's highest tier.

He played his 100th Premier League game against Burnley on the final day of the season, scoring the first goal of the 2-1 win.

All 100 of King's top flight appearances have been for AFC Bournemouth despite starting out at Manchester United, where he played in both the Champions League and the League Cup but never the Premier League.

During his century of appearances for the Cherries, the forward has netted on 32 occasions and currently sits as the side's all-time leading scorer in the division.
