Scott Parker has spoken to the media and provided an injury update ahead of the weekend's trip to Huddersfield Town.

The Cherries travel to West Yorkshire for a 3pm kick-off on Saturday and will be looking to make it four games unbeaten in the Sky Bet Championship.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Parker began by providing an update on the long-term absentees in his squad.

"Kieffer Moore and Junior Stanislas are still not fit and they'll be some weeks," he said.

"Leif Davis' scan has come back and it's not as bad as we first thought. He was running today, albeit slowly, but it's certainly not too bad.

"I have no doubt he'll progress quickly and we'll hopefully have him back and in a good place soon.

"Everyone else is in good place and all fit. We've just got Robbie Brady coming back, but he's been training all week, so that's a big positive."

With the side at a critical stage of the season, Parker continued by explaining how the return of both Stanislas and Brady can prove pivotal over the next two months.

"They're two players with big experience in and around the division and they will be absolutely vital for our run in.

"Both have missed large parts of season and have been in the medical room with injuries, which has been a huge shame.

"It's been very unfortunate for us, but we're hoping to have Junior back after the international break as he's moving in right direction."

With a big game just around the corner, the Cherries head coach is looking forward to having Philip Billing and Adam Smith back available for the trip to Huddersfield, with the pair having both served suspensions over the last week.

The Terriers sit third in the table, three points behind the Cherries and saw their 17-match unbeaten run come to an end against Millwall on Wednesday evening.

"We've missed them both through suspension, but we're pleased to have them back for the weekend. It's good to have them back in and around it.

"Huddersfield have done a remarkable job to be honest with you. The way it started for them and the transformation, they've done very well.

"They're a very good side, a well organised team with quality and it will be a tough game for us.

"Where they are in the division, they're doing something right and they bring a certain ingredient to the game.

"We're going to need to understand that to get a good result and we're going to need a good performance."
