Callum Wilson’s hat-trick, combined with a fine effort from Harry Arter, wrapped up a 4-0 win in front of a jubilant home crowd.

Here’s a look at the best stats and figures from an excellent afternoon for the Cherries.

3 - Wilson's hat-trick is the third the Cherries have notched in the Premier League and following one each for Wilson and Joshua King, is the first not against West Ham United.

5 - Wilson now has five goals against Huddersfield for the Cherries, all in only three games.

35 - On October 14th the Cherries were three points off safety, but 35 days later three wins out of four have seen the Cherries hop above Southampton - and are now four points clear of the bottom three.

11 - The Terriers may still hold the edge overall between the sides (18 wins to 14) but the 50th encounter between the sides stretches the Cherries' recent good run against Town, losing just one of the last 11 meetings.

2 - The win means back-to-back successes for the Cherries and also two clean sheets in a row to follow up the shut out at Newcastle United two week go.

7 - The Cherries have yet to lose a match at home against a newly-promoted side in the Premier League, winning the last five by an aggregate score of 17-3.

3 - Harry Arter scored the third goal of the game with his third Premier League goal - the midfielder has scored one in each of the Cherries' three Premier League seasons.
