AFC Bournemouth AFC Bournemouth

AFC Bournemouth produced a sensational comeback against Reading at Vitality Stadium yesterday.

The Cherries found themselves 2-0 down at the break, only to turn it around in the second half, with a brace from Dominic Solanke, as well as goals from Arnaut Danjuma and Lewis Cook.

The victory sends Jason Tindall's side up to second in the table, with an impressive goal difference of eight.

Following on from the win, we gathered the best stats from the game...

- David Brooks assisted twice in the same game for the first time in Cherries colours, setting up Arnaut Danjuma and Lewis Cook yesterday.

- Yesterday was the fourth time this season that we've scored three or more goals in a single game.

2016 - Our win over the Royals was the first time we've come from two goals down to win a game since December 2016 and our historic 4-3 victory over Liverpool.

5 - We've won all five Championship contests with Reading, scoring 13 goals across those fixtures.

- We had six academy products involved in the matchday squad against the Royals - Nnamdi Ofoborh, Mark Travers, Gavin Kilkenny, Jack Simpson, Jaidon Anthony and Sam Surridge.

- Lewis Cook scored his first goal for the club, which came on his 97th appearance.

132 - It's been 132 days since Dominic Solanke's last brace in red and black, netting two in July's win over Leicester, where we also scored four.

- Chris Mepham, Jack Stacey and Dominic Solanke are the only three players to have featured in every one of our Championship game so far this season.
