Junior Stanislas rejoined the Cherries' squad as the players were put through two sessions in training.
Scott Parker's squad returned to the UK from their training camp in Marbella, Stanislas amongst the action for the first time after his contract extension was confirmed on Wednesday.
With temperates hitting 30 degrees in Bournemouth there was little let up in the sunshine or the intensity back on home turf.
