AFC Bournemouth
The AFC Bournemouth squad were working hard in training as the international break kicks in.
Gary O'Neil put the side through their paces with a mix of running and ball drills on the training ground
Involved in the session were Jordan Zemura, who saw both his Zimbabwe fixtures cancelled in the week, and Jamal Lowe, who will fly out to link up with Jamaica later this week.
Shaun Cooper and Tommy Elphick were also out on the grass helping take the session, with the pair set to be in the dugout for tomorrow night's Premier League Cup clash against Derby County at Vitality Stadium.
