The AFC Bournemouth first team squad had their latest recovery session down Bournemouth Beach earlier yesterday.
The morning started with massages, stretching and a dip in the sea next to Bournemouth Pier.
Following an hour of recovery, the squad headed for breakfast, before taking to the skies and whizzing down to the beach.
