The Cherries squad stepped things up as they continued their pre-season training ahead of the 2020/21 Championship season.
Running intensity drills were on the agenda as well as ball work, with incoming coach Graeme Jones also on hand for one of his first sessions after arriving on the south coast.
Midfielders David Brooks and Jefferson Lerma also returned for the session on the same day that the fixtures for the upcoming campaign were announced, which can be viewed here.
Tindall's side face Blackburn Rovers at home, but this week also confirmed their first friendly, a trip to London Stadium to face West Ham United.
