The Cherries squad return to their training ground for a series of drills and activities ahead of Saturday's match with Luton Town.
The Cherries go to Kenilworth Road second in the Championship table, the game completing a grueling series of nine back-to-back matches before Christmas.
The Thursday session included tennis-football action as well as other recovery and skill-based activities.
