AFC Bournemouth
The AFC Bournemouth squad have been continuing pre-season training out on the Vitality Stadium pitch.
Scott Parker has been working the lads hard, while there's also a new arrival looking to make his mark.
Emiliano Marcondes signed as a free agent on Saturday, but a period of quarantine following international travel meant he couldn't link up with the squad until this week.
Now in the building, he got stuck in for his first session, which took place in the gym, with the rest of the lads out on the grass.
The first team squad were joined by a number of under-21s, with the likes of Brooklyn Genesini, Ben Greenwood and Connor Kurran-Browne all partaking.
