The AFC Bournemouth players' recovery day in La Manga featured a special team sailing event.
After an introduction to sailing, the players were split in to six teams for a a race around a series of buoys.
Callum Wilson's team of Lloyd Kelly, Jack Stacey, Alex Dobre and Gavin Kilkenny were the eventual winners.
