The AFC Bournemouth squad have been put through their paces in Portugal as the pre-season training camp gets underway.
Scott Parker's side arrived in Portugal on Monday afternoon and will remain there for ten days.
Training games against both Sheffield Wednesday and Braga will take place, giving the Cherries an opportunity to get match action ahead of the new campaign.
Day one saw the side training in the morning, with a mix of ball drills, while the afternoon session saw plenty of running, alongside a little gym work.
