The Cherries squad were put through their paces at the training ground as work continues throughout international break.
With a number of players on international duty, Scott Parker welcomed members of the development squad to the session, with the likes of Brennan Camp, Luke Nippard, Tarik Gidaree and Brooklyn Genesini taking part.
Meanwhile, Junior Stanislas continued to step up his return from a hamstring injury.
The Cherries also posed with a Liverpool shirt, which was signed by their first team squad as a gift for David Brooks.
