As the first-team took part in their preparations for Chelsea, there was some positive news on the injury front for AFC Bournemouth.

Eddie Howe and his coaching staff took his squad for training ahead of the visit of the Blues to Vitality Stadium.

But following the first-team's hard work, the graft continued as the injured contingent made small, yet really positive steps in their recovery.

Chris Mepham, Lloyd Kelly, Arnaut Danjuma and David Brooks all took part in some small running exercises on the training pitches.

It's really positive news for Howe ahead of the final 11 games of the season - but the four players aren't quite ready to join in normal training with the squad.
