Winger Kyle Edwards has been invited to train with AFC Bournemouth and could feature in Tuesday’s pre-season friendly against Chelsea.
Edwards is out of contract after opting to leave West Bromwich Albion following their relegation to the Championship last season.
The 23-year-old made 49 appearances for the Baggies, including five in the Premier League.
Edwards also had a spell on loan to Exeter City in League Two in 2017/18 and has been capped by England at under-16, under-17 and under-20 level.
He may play some part when the Cherries host Thomas Tuchel’s Champions League winners at Vitality Stadium (7.45pm kick-off).
