Eddie Howe and Callum Wilson have been nominated for Premier League awards after an unbeaten September for AFC Bournemouth.

Howe, who has been nominated for Manager of the Month, guided his side to wins over Everton and Southampton, scoring three goals in each game, before an eventful 2-2 draw with West Ham just last week.

Seven points from three games sees the Cherries sit eighth in the table, with a goal difference of +1.

Howe is up for the award alongside Jurgen Klopp, Brendan Rogers and Frank Lampard.

Cherries striker Wilson has also been nominated for the Player of the Month accolade and has had a fine month too, with four goals in three games to help his side secure a series of positive results.

Additionally, the 27-year-old’s strike against West Ham meant that he had scored in a fourth consecutive top flight game for the first time, also earning himself an England call up for next week’s Euro 2020 qualifiers for his efforts.

Wilson joins the likes of Kevin De Bruyne, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the shortlist.
