AFC Bournemouth are pleased to confirm goalkeeper Will Dennis has signed a contract extension.

The 23-year-old has extended his stay at Vitality Stadium until the summer of 2026.

The academy graduate is currently on loan at Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock for the 2023/24 season.

Dennis has kept 11 clean sheets in 28 games in all competitions, impressing as the Killie sit in fourth position in Scotland’s top-flight.

The shot-stopper has previously enjoyed loan spells with Slough Town, Wealdstone, Weymouth and Guernsey and made his senior debut for the Cherries in the FA Cup win over Oldham Athletic in January 2021.

Chief executive Neill Blake told afcb.co.uk: “We’re pleased that Will has committed his future to the club, having made huge progress on his current loan spell.

“Will is gaining excellent experience at Kilmarnock, playing regularly and competing for a European qualification spot, and he’s a talented young player who adds strength to our goalkeeping department.”
