AFC Bournemouth
AFC Bournemouth will compete in the the Championship play-offs after having their place in the top six confirmed on Sunday.
The 2-2 draw between Reading and Swansea City means that the Cherries are now eight points ahead of the Royals in the table, with just two matches left to play.
Currently fourth, the Cherries will know the opposition and dates of their play-off semi-final after completing their 46-game regular season early in May.
Dates for the play-off matches are as follows:

Monday 17th May, 8.15pm - Championship B 1st leg
Saturday 22nd May, 12.30pm - Championship A 2nd leg
Saturday 22nd May, 5.30pm - Championship B 2nd leg
