Brad Smith has completed a loan move to Sky Bet Championship side, Cardiff City, until the end of the season.
The defender recently returned to Vitality Stadium following an 18-month spell with MLS side, Seattle Sounders.
The Australian made 35 appearances as he helped the Sounders win the MLS Cup in November, playing 61 minutes in the final as they defeated Toronto.
He links up with Neil Harris’ side ahead of their fixture with Reading on Friday. The Bluebirds sit in 12th place, just five points off the play-offs.
