AFC Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe felt that the Cherries shot themselves in the foot against Burnley at Turf Moor.
Despite the 4-0 scoreline, Howe's side did have the majority of the ball, but the boss was keen for the team to show more ruthlessness in both boxes.
Two goals in two first-half minutes set the Cherries on their way to their second defeat of the season, here's the manager's take.
ON THE GAME AS A WHOLE...
It was a strange game.
If you look at it, we had some good ball today, we threatened to create great chances but we didn't execute the final pass well at all today.
We made bad decisions in the final third and I don't think they had too many chances. The stats could tell me different but that's my gut feel in the immediate aftermath.
The third goal was all important and we shot ourselves in the foot with the two first-half goals - it's a tough ask to come back from 2-0 down in any game.
ON THE CONTRAST FROM LAST WEEK...
In terms of possession it was better, we did OK up until their penalty area and the final ball fell apart a number of times in good moments.
We were clinical last week. We didn't have many chances last week but converted them and we didn't have that clinical nature in either penalty area today, so it's a head scratcher.
That's football though, one week you can from one extreme to another but we have to maintain our consistency in our preparations.
ON INJURIES...
It was good to see Junior Stanislas back, he's fine and did well when he came on, he showed his technical quality.
We're pleased with him and we were missing Dan Gosling today with a calf injury, but we don't think it's anything too serious so he should be OK.
