Elphick became the first skipper to win two promotions with the Cherries, lifting the Championship title in May 2015 with the club moving into the Premier League for the first time.

First conversation after signing
Ending his long association with his hometown side Brighton & Hove Albion, the Cherries first welcomed Elphick to Dorset on 13th August 2012, the side ramping up for the start of the new League One season.

Pre-Christmas under the Tower
