AFC Bournemouth’s Community Sports Trust are excited to be starting new Saturday Soccer Club sessions for anyone aged 5–18 with hearing or visual impairment, cerebral palsy or frame users.

The sessions will be held at The Bourne Academy over five dates and will see AFC Bournemouth community coaches delivering sessions specifically designed for each impairment.

The dates are as follows:

  • 3rd March
  • 14th April
  • 28th April
  • 12th May
  • 26th May

The sessions will give young people in the area the opportunity to train with like-minded players in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Although all sessions will run at the same time, players will train within their impairment groups and then play in small-sided games with team mates.

As the sessions grow, it is hoped that players will be involved in friendly matches with local and other Premier League teams.

For further information on the sessions, please contact Disability Inclusion Officer Hannah Powis on [email protected] or 07393462166
