AFC Bournemouth's Community Sports Trust are continuing their excellent work and are delighted to offer Powerchair football opportunities for all users this summer.
AFC Bournemouth's Community Sports Trust are continuing their excellent work and are delighted to offer Powerchair football opportunities for all users this summer.
During July and August, there will be a total of eight Powerchair sessions available, all of which will be based inside at Purbeck Sports Centre.
Half-day soccer school sessions will cost just £5 each and take place between 1pm and 3pm on the following dates:
- Tuesday 14th August
- Friday 24th August
The sessions will allow for plenty of matches, and are a great introduction for first-time Powerchair players, as well as existing players.
There will also be full-day training camps for those who are regular Powerchair football players, costing £10 each. These sessions will take place on the following dates:
- Wednesday 25th July
- Friday 27th July
- Monday 16th August
- Tuesday 17th August
- Thursday 30th August
- Friday 31st August
Disability Inclusion Development Officer, Hannah Powis, is excited to be providing more Powerchair opportunities this summer.
