AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust are delighted to be hosting a CPD opportunity at Vitality Stadium with academy manager, Joe Roach.
The evening event will offer coaches and managers the opportunity to gain insight into the Academy structure at AFC Bournemouth.
Joe Roach has a long association with AFC Bournemouth since joining the club in 2002. Since then he has held numerous roles, including head of youth, reserve team coach and caretaker manager.
In his current role, Joe oversees all aspects of the AFC Bournemouth Academy, including the structure and the development of our players.
The CPD will cover:
- Staffing and history – how it has developed
- Elite Player Performance Plan
- Recruitment
- What an Academy player is offered (games/training)
- Monitoring Development (PMA/reviews)
