New activity packs available for children

AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust are delighted to release their education activity packs for primary and secondary school pupils.

With schools being shut for many over the coming weeks, the Community Sports Trust have designed these activity packs which will encourage the children to use their thinking, creativity and problem solving skills, whilst helping to develop areas of maths and literacy.

For primary school children there is a Maths workbook – which will look at problem solving using addition and subtraction, alongside questions relating to time, working with clocks both analogue and digitally.

The secondary school workbook, aimed at those in years 7-9, has over ten tasks and a test to take part in and will help the young people develop their writing skills.

The third and most recent workbook is also below and involves maths, problem solving and AFC Bournemouth questions!

Please note, these workbooks were created ahead of the first lockdown in March 2020.
