Cherries duo Jefferson Lerma and Diego Rico visited Christchurch Junior School after receiving letters from the school pupils.
The children wrote letters to the AFC Bournemouth players telling them about health initiatives within the school.
Along with first team coach Hugo Faria, Lerma and Rico visited the school during assembly where the pupils quizzed them about their training, diets and what they do to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Speaking after the visit, head of community Steve Cuss said: “The letters received from children were very inspiring, telling us about all the health initiatives being delivered in school.
“It was great for Jefferson and Diego to visit Christchurch Junior School and answer questions on life as a professional footballer.”
