AFC Bournemouth under-12 and under-16 Ability Counts teams headed to their next round of Hampshire League fixtures.

Under-12s

Two players made their debuts in the under-12 age group, Evie Feltham and Josh Reeves, both putting in brilliant performances to kick off their league campaigns.

The Reds were able to bag four wins, starting the day with a 3-0 victory against Eastleigh FC Spitfires, with goals from Monti Vivian and Arun Dove.

The Blacks were unfortunate to lose their first game of the day but then were able to go on to win their second fixture 4-1. Luke Stroud added another two goals to his league tally, scoring the equaliser in their last game of the day against Fawley Falcons.

Under-16s

The under-16 Blacks worked hard to take maximum points from the day, with lots of passing football. The best goal of the day came from Scott Greengo, after Aiden Hughes made a great run down the right wing.

Despite the narrow loss to the Blacks, the Reds managed to record two wins in their other league fixtures. One of these, their opening game of the day, resulted in debutant Jayden Robertshaw opening his league tally with a goal in the first two minutes of the game against Fawley Falcons.
