AFC Bournemouth
Style Limited were crowned champions of the AFC Bournemouth corporate spring golf day at Remedy Oak Golf Club.
The event, which was jointly sponsored by Luxury Care Group and Simplify Consulting, was staged at one of Europe’s finest courses with 22 local businesses doing battle for the trophy.
While Style Limited (main picture) won the main event, Ford Civil Engineering (pictured below) came first in the Charity Challenge, a competition for the best team score combined on the par threes.
Cherries fan and 2015 BDO World Darts champion Scott Mitchell was on hand to present the winning teams with their prizes – with Scotty Dog a member of the Style Limited team!
Although the weather was a little changeable, the course – once hailed by the late Peter Alliss as “one of the most superbly constructed” he had seen – was in fantastic condition.
Players enjoyed coffee and bacon roll on arrival followed by a sumptuous two-course meal and coffee.
