AFC Bournemouth’s annual Remedy Oak Golf Day was held this week in predominantly sunny weather.

25 local companies took part in the event, which was kindly sponsored for the third consecutive year by Mackoy Limited.

Additionally, Westover Group provided hole-in-one prizes on each Par 3 hole, one of which gave players the opportunity to win a brand new car!

With the course in magnificent conditions, the winners of the main competition were Travis Perkins, who scored a team total of 98 points. KC Carpets closely followed in second place.

The Charity Challenge winners, for the best four scores on all Par 3 holes, were Interbic with a score of 34 points.

All guests enjoyed a wonderful meal afterwards and, following a short auction for the club’s four chosen charities, chairman Jeff Mostyn was on hand to present the prizes.

AFC Bournemouth would like to extend its thanks to our main event Sponsor Mackoy Limited, along with our numerous hole sponsors and those teams who supported another memorable golf day.
