AFC Bournemouth are pleased to announce a new partnership with QuoStar, which will run through the 2022/23 season.

A locally-based full-service IT provider, QuoStar has been operating out of Bournemouth since 2005 and a number of staff and directors are AFC Bournemouth supporters.

As part of the partnership, QuoStar will support the club’s IT team with information and cyber security, helping to ensure security is embedded in the club’s day-to-day operations.

They will provide a focal point for all cyber security matters at the football club, allowing the club to drive forward security measures.

QuoStar will also become an official partner of AFC Bournemouth’s business club AFC Business, raising the profile of QuoStar as a specialist in IT support, consultancy, and security services.

As part of their effort to show commitment to the local community and to the development of young people, QuoStar will provide an IT and technology themed masterclass to members of the club’s Junior Cherries.

Furthermore, QuoStar will be the headline sponsor of the half-time entertainment at home games and provide merchandise for the supporters that take part.

Robert Rutherford, CEO at QuoStar, said: “The Cherries are back in the Premier League, and we are thrilled to partner with our local team.

“As the club's IT partner, it is a pleasure to assist them with what we do best. By leveraging this partnership, we aim to support local initiatives that will enable digital learning among all ages and connect people with technology.

“Sport and our community are important to us, and this partnership underlines that commitment.”

Rob Mitchell, Commercial Director at AFC Bournemouth, said: “We are delighted to partner with QuoStar for the 2022/23 season.

“This is a partnership that will benefit everyone involved, with QuoStar committing to providing IT support to the club as well as young people in the local community.

“We’re pleased to be working with a successful locally-based business who are passionate about the football club and the town as a whole.”
