Tyrone Mings and academy players Charlie Seaman and Antonio Diaz were recently special visitors to the Strategic Solutions and Casterbridge Wealth Investments offices.

The visit came about as part of Strategic Solutions’ long-standing partnership as the club’s official academy sponsors.

The trio were given a tour of the new-look Salisbury office, which had recently been refurbished by Mings’ own interior design and architecture company, KTM Design.

The players then spent time interacting with staff and speaking about their experiences in the business world to date.

Kevin Forbes of Strategic Solutions said: “It was great for Tyrone, Antonio and Charlie to come, meet our staff and share their experiences.

“Tyrone had some great stories to tell owing to his background in financial services and business.

“It’s important that our younger generation fully understand the importance of correctly managing finances, hence our relationship with the club’s academy.

“We run a number of sessions with the academy players throughout the season, the majority of which revolve around the dangers of getting into debt and the pitfalls of dodgy schemes.”

Speaking after the visit, Mings added: “It’s obviously very important for us to keep that relationship between the club and Strategic Solutions going.

“It’s great that our younger players have a group of financial advisors in Strategic so close to the club.

“The relationship between the club and Strategic was also how the opportunity for KTM to redesign their office came about.

“They came to us through one of our advertisements and we’ve been working on the project for some time now. It was great to see their ideas come together into a proper working space with partitioned walls, meeting rooms and different colour schemes.”
