AFC Bournemouth
Almost 80 Junior Cherries attended the second Vitality Football Festival of the 2018/19 season.
The event, held on a fine summer’s day, consisted of coaching clinics delivered by the club’s Community Sports Trust, as well as additional activities provided by Vitality.
These included watt bikes, which created a smoothie when someone pedalled, Soccer Aid workshops as delivered by Unicef, and all participants were given a behind-the-scenes tour of Vitality Stadium, which was right next to where the festival was taking place.
The selected Junior Cherries also attended the 2-2 draw with Newcastle back in March as part of their experience.
AFC Bournemouth would like to extend its thanks to Vitality for putting on the festivals for the Junior Cherries across the season. Make sure you look out for more events next year!
