AFC Bournemouth’s Corporate Golf Day saw numerous local companies enjoy a great day’s golfing while supporting the Cherries’ four nominated charities for the season.

23 teams of four players took part to battle it out to be the winner and although the weather was slightly inclement, guests enjoyed their round of golf before a two course meal following the day's round of golf.

Taking place at Ferndown Golf Club, the event was once again proudly sponsored by Eden Vauxhall.

Following on from dinner, Cherries winger Marc Pugh was on hand to distribute the prizes, with Michael Matthews Jewellery winning the event with their aptly named team ‘Just a Tic.’ The charity challenge on all par three holes was won in fine style by Hardy Signs.

The next AFC Bournemouth golf day will once again be held at Remedy Oak Golf Course in May next year. Details will be announced in due course.
