AFC Bournemouth
Style Limited were crowned champions of the AFC Bournemouth corporate golf day at Remedy Oak Golf Club on Tuesday.
The event, which was sponsored by AMS Cleaning and Stellar Asset Management, saw teams of four from numerous local businesses hone their golf skills on the prestigious Remedy fairways.
It was staged in support of the club’s four chosen charities – Access Dorset, Dorset Search & Rescue, PramaLife and Autism Wessex.
Competitors were fortunate with the weather and found the course in excellent condition, especially considering the recent unseasonably heavy rainfall.
Following a closely-fought round, Ferndown-based Style Limited narrowly defeated Hearnes Estate Agents for the title.
The Charity Challenge winners – for the best team score on all par threes – were Travis Perkins (Winton).
Guests enjoyed coffee and bacon rolls prior to their tee off and were then treated to a delicious two-course meal with wine after their round.
