A date has been set for AFC Business' Directors' Lunch, which will take place on Wednesday 4th July.
Sponsored by Savills and hosted at the prestigious Harbour Heights Hotel in Sandbanks, the lunch will offer senior businessmen and women the chance to meet and network in a relaxed environment.
Attendees will be joined by guest speaker Amanda Hickson, who will discuss her career and experiences in the Royal Air Force.
Amanda served as a fast jet pilot in for 17 years and was only the second woman to fly a Tornado GR4 on the front line, completing three tours of duty and 45 missions over Iraq.
She will draw on her unique experiences of flying in a Front-Line Tornado Squadron within hostile environments to train and inspire others, covering the core areas of human factors; decision making, communication, leadership, behaviour, workload, conflict, fatigue and stress management.
On the day, guests will also enjoy a welcome drink and a two-course lunch, plus the opportunity to mix with up to 80 senior-level businessmen and women.

Karl Cradick, planning director at event sponsor Savills, also shared his thoughts ahead of the event.
