To celebrate their partnership with AFC Bournemouth, Vitality are running a very special promotion for AFC Bournemouth supporters.

Vitality are offering Cherries supporters the chance to win one of 24 home shirts in the run up to the Premier League game with Tottenham Hotspur.
The 24 winners, who will be chosen at random, will win a money can’t buy prize with the brand-new AFC Bournemouth home shirt not available to purchase in the UK.
The competition will see Vitality give away one shirt an hour in the build-up to the Spurs clash at Vitality Stadium. The draw for each shirt will be made from the submissions made within the last hour, for example, if you submit your entry at 7.15pm you will be in the draw for 8pm.
The draws will begin from 7pm on Wednesday 8th July.
All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is to fill out this form.
