AFC Bournemouth fans can apply to be the 13th man/woman for January’s FA Cup game against Brighton & Hove Albion.
The fixture will kick-off at 12.30pm on Saturday 5th January at Vitality Stadium.
Applications for the package are being taken between 11th and 20th December 2018 and the successful individual will receive the following…
- Your own squad number for your chosen game.
- Home or away shirt printed with your name and squad number.
- Two stand tickets for the match.
- Walk down the player tunnel to pitch-side.
- See the players enter the pitch for their pre-match warm-up.
- Presentation photograph taken pitch-side with Eddie Howe in the home dug-out.
- Matchday Programme for you and your guest.
- 10% off in the Superstore (on the matchday only).
- PA announcement to introduce you as the 13th Man/Woman.
- Your name and chosen squad number listed on the back cover of the programme.

Unfortunately, not all requests submitted will be successful due to demand and applicants will hear whether they have been successful by Friday 21st December 2018.
