Tuesday night saw AFC Bournemouth progress in the Carabao Cup with a 2-1 win over Norwich City, thanks to goals from Junior Stanislas and Steve Cook.

But, it was an extra special evening for one fan, after he was selected as the 12th man for the night.

The club chose to donate the package to this season’s staff charity, The Crumbs Project, where Martin was the lucky recipient.

The Crumbs Project is a Bournemouth based charity that was formed in 1997 and currently provides a range of vocational training programmes and supports vulnerable adults into either paid or voluntary work placements.

The charity works closely with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues and stabilized addictions helping them to achieve a life of independence.

Choosing to attend with Sylvia, who works for Crumbs, Martin went pitch-side to soak up the pre-match atmosphere and meet manager Eddie Howe.

He enjoyed an in-depth chat with the Cherries manager, before heading to his seat to enjoy the game.
